Wat Arun, or the Temple of Dawn, is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in the Thonburi district of Bangkok. It is famous for its stunning central prang (spire), which is a landmark of the city. Though originally built during the Ayutthaya period, it was extensively restored during the reigns of Kings Rama II and III. The temple is adorned with colorful porcelain tiles, making it one of the most iconic symbols of Bangkok.

Wat Kalayanamitr Varamahavihara, commonly referred to as Wat Kalaya, is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in the Thonburi district of Bangkok. It is a historically and architecturally significant temple, built during the reign of King Rama III by Chao Phraya Nikornbodin (Toh Kalayanamit), who donated the land and wealth for its construction. The temple’s name, "Kalayanamitr," translates to "good friend." Wat Kalayanamitr is home to Phra Buddha Trairattanayok, also known as Luang Pho To, a large seated Buddha in the Mara-wijaya posture, which is highly revered by both Thai and Chinese communities. The temple also features a mix of Thai and Chinese architectural styles, especially in its ordination hall and pagoda. It is a major pilgrimage site for Buddhists and is visited by many seeking blessings for good fortune and success.

 Memorial Bridge, commonly known as "Saphan Phut," is a bridge crossing the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. It was constructed during the reign of King Rama VII and officially opened in 1932. The bridge connects the Phra Nakhon side with Thonburi and holds historical and engineering significance. Designed in a European style, the bridge can be opened to allow large ships to pass. Today, Saphan Phut is a popular spot for viewing the Chao Phraya River and is a well-known tourist attraction.

Pak Khlong Talat is the largest flower market in Bangkok, located near the mouth of the Bangkok Yai Canal along the Chao Phraya River in the Phra Nakhon area. The market operates 24 hours a day and offers a wide variety of fresh flowers, such as roses, lotuses, jasmine, and seasonal flowers. In addition to flowers, the market also sells vegetables and fruits. Pak Khlong Talat is a bustling and vibrant place, especially in the early morning and evening, and is popular among locals and tourists alike.

Eagle Nest is a rooftop bar located on the top floor of Sala Arun Hotel, near Wat Arun Ratchawararam (Temple of Dawn) in Bangkok.
